  • What is Epigraphy? The study of inscriptions.
  • Which king or Emperor 's carving into caves ,iron pillars and rocks well-known? Emperor Ashoka.
  • How are coins and seals useful? They facilitated trade and services. Some coins depicted wars, battles, faces of kings, and queens.
  • Which metals were used for making coins? Gold, silver and copper.
  • What is Numismatics? study of coins. 
  • Who was called Pasupathi? Lord of all animals.
  • Whom did the people worship in the Indus valley? Lord Siva.
